😆 I was not ever going to read another of her books but I decided since I liked her previous work to give this one a chance. I was upset about that for days and had many serious words for the author in my head. Then boom it's a cliff hanger I didn't know was coming. I couldn't even figure what was going on half the time. Which to to be fair it was light but also very cringe. So I read the first book thinking it would be a light read in between others. I will wait years for a whole series to come out to read it, rather than deal with cliff hangers. But nope.įor starters warn me at the first of a book that it is a part of a series! I DO NOT like cliff hangers. First I want to say WTF? I didnt review book 1 because I was waiting for this book so I could see if it would make me like The Society better.
